Residentials And Field Trips

Ascot recognises the importance of how excursions and residentials reinforce curriculum areas learnt in school. Trips and residentials are carefully planned to relate to the Units of Inquiry and to ensure maximum learning opportunities for students.

Outdoor Education or Residential experiences are important as they promote many important skills and attributes of the learner. They are also a great opportunity for students to learn outside of the classroom and see the world from a different perspective. They are great for the kids to also gain new interests, grow friendships and develop new skills.

At Ascot, we have developed a continuum of learning for our residentials that provides our students with opportunities to learn the necessary skills of outdoor education, forge connections with Thai culture and have opportunities to perform community service initiatives.
